1. Introduction
The Homfi app (the “app”) is operated by Codioni Solutions s.r.o.. The app uses cookies and other related technologies, such as browser storage. For convenience, all of them are referred to as “cookies” in this document.
Below we inform you about which cookies are used, why, and how you can control them. The app places no third-party analytics or marketing cookies.
This policy supplements the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
2. What are cookies
A cookie is a small, simple file that is sent along with the pages of the app and stored by your browser on your device. The information stored in it may be returned to our servers or to the servers of the relevant third party during your next visit. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works in a similar way, but the data stays in your browser and is not sent automatically.

A script is a piece of program code that is used to make the app work properly and interactively. This code runs on our server or on your device.

We use no third-party statistics cookies. Profile and listing views are counted only with an anonymous identifier stored in your browser, which we share with nobody else.

We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. The app contains no third-party advertising, no social media buttons and no embedded third-party content that would place cookies for profiling.

6. Consent
When you use the app for the first time, we show you a panel explaining cookies. Because we only use necessary functional storage, the panel is informational and you close it by confirming “Got it”.
You can reopen the panel at any time using the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. We ask for your choice again after 12 months at the latest, or when this policy changes.
7. Enabling, disabling and deleting cookies
You can use your browser to delete cookies automatically or manually, block certain cookies, or be notified every time a cookie is placed. Instructions are in the help section of your browser.
Please note that if all cookies and browser storage are disabled, the app may not work correctly, for example it cannot keep you signed in or remember your language.
