Provider questions
How much does Homfi cost for providers?
The basic profile is free: services, prices, gallery, chat and visit statistics. Only optional add-ons, such as the loyalty programme, and NFC products are paid.
Do I need a company ID (IČO)?
Not as an individual; you can add your company ID (IČO) later. A business is set up with a company ID (IČO), which Homfi verifies in the public register (Czechia and Slovakia).
How does company ID (IČO) verification work?
After you enter your company ID (IČO), Homfi looks the entity up in the public register and checks that it’s active. You’ll see the result in your profile settings; verified profiles have a badge.
What will my profile address be?
A personal profile lives at homfi.app/workers/your-name, a business at homfi.app/companies/business-name. You can share the link anywhere.
What does “Available now” mean?
It’s a switch in your profile. When it’s on, nearby clients see you in the Available now section. Switch it off as soon as you’re busy.
Can I see how many people viewed my profile?
Yes. Statistics show profile visits for today, the last 7 and 30 days and in total, and where visitors came from.
How do I get an NFC stand?
We’ll launch sales of NFC stands, keychains and stickers soon. They’re made by TRIDIM.
Which languages does Homfi support?
Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, English, Russian, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Polish. Clients choose their own language.
