Client questions
Do I pay anything as a client?
No. Searching, chatting with providers and loyalty cards are free for clients. You pay the provider directly for the agreed service.
Do I need an account?
You can browse services and profiles without an account. To chat, post a request or collect loyalty visits, sign up for free.
Do I have to download the app?
No, everything works on the web too. The iPhone and Android app adds notifications and keeps your loyalty cards at hand.
What does a verified provider mean?
The provider entered their company ID (IČO) and Homfi confirmed it in the public business register (Czechia, Slovakia). Verified profiles have a badge.
What is “Available now”?
Providers switch it on when they can take a job straight away. You see them by distance from you.
Why chat instead of a phone call?
Write whenever it suits you, send photos of the problem and keep the whole arrangement in one place. Providers reply as soon as they can.
How do loyalty cards work?
A business sets how many visits earn you a reward. You collect visits by tapping your phone on its NFC stand and see your progress in Homfi.
Which languages can I use?
Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, English, Russian, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Polish. You can switch the language at the top of the page.
